Delivery

We sell and ship worldwide. Please find below the shipping costs for our main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer.

Our packages are shipped with DHL Express and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively DHL will try two more times to deliver the package.

Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

If the parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will contact the courier company.
